Poorly made, poor customer service but there is a solution
The book is much smaller than I expected, fits in the palm of your hand. The solution guide didn't work and made no sense. I contacted the company who told me to call Revain for a solution but it didn't help. In addition, the compartment inside is too short to even hold a gift card. There is another secret book box listed at Revain by another company that I ordered after finding the video posted of their solution. This solution also works for this book. I would suggest going with this one instead.
