I needed a dress for an upcoming wedding. I looked everywhere for a dress that would suit the destination wedding. I needed a dress that didn't require maintenance on a trip or wedding day. I also wanted a dress with classic lines. I'm 5ft 7in, 155lbs, of average build. I ordered size 12 and it fits very well. The knee length is also perfect. Not too short, at knee level, not below the knee. The fabric is similar to the fabric of a bathing suit, will not wrinkle or crease during packaging. The cut of the dress is not binding, as there is a certain "give" of the fabric. Very convenient. The neckline is wider, fitting close to the bra straps but still covering them. The color has a blue undertone. A beautiful beaded applique at the waist adds flair and pairs well with silver and black accessories. It also packs up well and doesn't need to be ironed before the wedding. (I left it folded overnight to see if it creased. It hasn't.) The dress has no hems, it's just cut out and the edges are left raw. No one noticed that the dress wasn't hemmed when I showed it to others. Everyone commented what a beautiful dress. I can also use this dress for other special occasions.
