It just didn't work for us, despite the help of two IT guys. We spent hours getting this to work. It connected perfectly to mobile devices, but the main reason we bought it was to connect to our Apple phones. Even though we modified our wireless router to match the specifications of this device, we continued to receive error messages. Tried to contact technical support to no avail. And even asked family members who are IT professionals to help troubleshoot, but they had no luck either. We really wanted it to work, but now back to the drawing board to find a new monitor with the same features that we can buy before the baby is born.
