Trial and error installation
This installation was specifically chosen to prevent cables from running through the wall. The only problem was that I tried to position the speaker as close to the TV as possible (to hide the two cables). Initially I set the mount too high. That was only a problem back then, since the speaker is lowered onto the bracket from above. Just went through a bit of trial and error; a better tv mount or someone else would have done the trick as well.
