So I had a problem with my car recently it doesn't have carplay or bluetooth so all I could do was charge my phone and not listen to music This cable has it changed my problem. I've had cable splitters in the past that didn't work and cost less or even more than this cable, but this one fits the bill, all I wanted was two very simple things: charge the phone and play the device's audio. my car speakers, that's it, and that's what did it. For an $11 cable it's pretty decent, music plays through aux, admittedly I haven't tested it enough, but it sounds decent enough to me if a bit lower? I'm not sure, but as long as you turn the volume up a bit it's imperceptible. There's also another little thing where after I took my phone off the flash part there was a noise that I can't describe but if you've ever dealt with an aux cable you can probably understand what I think. but that's not a problem at all, just unplug the aux cable and the sound doesn't stop being crazy. Overall for the amount of money I paid I think this is a great product and in case anyone else is having the same issues as me where your car is a bit older or just before bluetooth came out in every car and listen to music and/or through speakers and charge your phone via GPS then this cable will definitely do it for you.
