I have a Ninja coffee bar and I can't descale it. I used vinegar according to the manual and after 3 or 4 cleaning cycles the cleaning light was still on. Out of frustration I tried this descaler solution and thought it might be worth a try before throwing the coffee maker away. I followed the directions on the bottle. Unbelievable, after one procedure the light went out! I thought I would have to decalcify it several times, like with vinegar, but no, one treatment is enough.
