CloudCall makes customer service seamless

The ability to have all of my calls from one platform is great! I love how easy it is to use and customize for each client's needs. It does require some technical knowledge which might be intimidating if you are not tech savvy or don't know what you need to do to set up your account properly. You also cannot call out directly into a phone number like Skype. Instead, you must go through an agent. This means you will receive multiple emails/text messages asking you questions about your contact information so you could potentially lose track of who you're speaking too if you aren't careful. We've been able to eliminate many time-consuming tasks by using cloudcall. Our clients now only see a single email address instead of several different numbers and we no longer have to worry about managing voicemails.
