Good. I mainly use this on my husband's legs (meat rockets) and back after his heavy lifting days. It's better than most we've tried. It usually absorbs right into his skin when I massage it so it doesn't leave a lot of residue. I always wipe it off with a clean rag or shower because it has "sensitive skin". I will reorder. I like the pump bottle. I like that there is an open/stop button on the bottle.
