Great product! I had no issues with setup or use, I suggest following the instructions carefully for setup, pairing, etc. I was able to download the program from the old UV5R and boot into the new one and two different Tidradio models. It's great that you can save files and use them for programming on the go. You can easily change radio programming for different purposes (gmrs, amateur, etc.). I hope that in the future they can add more models and maybe different brands (BTECH, Anytone, TYT) what can work with them and maybe adapters for them?
