It works. But first check your fuses.

Worked on my 2006 GS300. I had water in my headlight that froze over time. But I had water in the ballast, changed it, sealed the headlight and reassembled. Now it works great. I also had a blown headlight fuse (replaced). Now I'm wondering if this was the main problem all along.
