I ordered this to use as a nursing / pumping night gown. I read reviews before buying and most said that they ran small and to order up. I should be a size "small" (5'1" tall and about 115 lbs. size c-d bra cup). Based on reviews, I ordered a medium.The gown is quite long on me (as to be expected) but the waist feels pretty tight under the bra area. The straps don't seem to adjust up short enough though, so I'm thinking if I had ordered a small, it might have been a little too tight, but the straps would adjust better.It seems like a quality product, just be aware that you might have to adjust what size you get.Side note: this has no built-in cups and does not have a "shelf bra".
