Good pillow. Best in Bed Pillow
I hate neck and back pain which is why I am so picky about my pillows. I'm not saying that's 100% correct, but that's just the beginning. I get some support and comfort at night and wake up with less pain. It flattens out to an extent, but there's still some cushion and it's not hard. It's not the perfect pillow for me, but it does help with my pain.
