Complete disappointment, the product is not at all what I imagined.

Terrible quality. The main mistake was that I did not return it. It's just that I was very angry with the assembly process, and then I imagined that I had to drag this weight back. Finally spat.

Complete disappointment, the product is not at all what I imagined.

I can’t assemble it, because the bolt cutouts are in the wrong place . And the cutouts on the reinforcement are at an angle. We don't have the right tool to fix it. What to do with it now? To return? P. S. There are too many returns now on the market as a whole

Unsuccessful purchase, I am disappointed.

Before that I took a very similar chair (SU-CS-9F2), but the back of it broke (through my fault). Decided to take this one. Problems started during assembly. — Holes drilled somehow; - the dowels are drilled and not driven in parallel; - half of the dowels are threaded; - the leg-stand consists of 3 parts that are very poorly fitted to each other. Poor quality, I will not buy this product again.

But when assembling the second one, it’s some kind of horror, the bolts and holes do not match, I was tormented and still wrote for a refund. They answered me, after 10 minutes they asked for a photo and explain what and how. I sent everything, they gave me to choose several points where the box could be taken and within 10 days a refund to the card. It's good that they still issued a refund))
