This teeth whitening gel works great with my custom trays made by my dentist. I like this gel because it's not too runny, the gel slides out of the tray onto the gums and causes sensitivity. It is lightly textured and therefore clings to the teeth and mostly stays in place. I would recommend using this gel with a well fitting mouthguard. I just dab a little on my finger and work it on my towel dried upper teeth including and covering all nooks, nooks and crannies. Then I carefully insert the top tray and wipe the excess off my gums. I repeat the process below. When I first tried this gel, I left it on for about 45 minutes. I noticed a slight difference in color and no sensitivity (both gums and teeth). Later that day I used the gel again and left it on for about 90 minutes with slightly clearer results and still no sensitivity. The next day I used the gel again and left it on for two hours. I half-expected that searing pain or sensitivity, but it hardly showed. After a few hours I had no sensation! What a wonderful product. I feel like gradually building up my time has really helped me save my teeth! A few tips: brush your teeth before whitening, keep your gums dry while you apply the gel so the gel has a surface to stick to when you have the tray in your mouth, don't swallow your saliva and take a cup with you. and gently spit out each time you feel a little saliva pooling. Gently clean your mouthguard and teeth with water only after removing your mouthguard so you have a clean slate next time. I would say my teeth are about 2.5-3 shades whiter after just 3 uses in 2 days. Protect your teeth and get this safe dental whitening gel and don't forget to take care of yourself!
