I bought a black star tutu for my 5 year old and the tutu is very cute. The belt is FLEXIBLE! I'm sure it will fit both a 3 year old and a 10 year old. It is short. My child is 47+ inches, which is mid-thigh. It has no lining and you CAN see through it. So you need tights or leggings underneath to go out in them. The stars are slightly iridescent and delightful against a matte black background. And my kid loves the LARGE hair clip that comes with the skirt. It has rainbow beads glued to it, so it's pretty trendy, and I love that the hair clip underneath is so long that it closes her entire bangs and stays tight. The set also included 6 regular size hair scrunchies. Very good value for money.
