Review on 🧁 8-Cavity Baba Silicone Bakeware by Fat Daddio's (3.1 oz) by Sean Davis

Great quality! I love silicone bakeware and currently have a collection that some might call obscene :) Of all the silicone bakeware and parts I own, this Fat Daddio mold is one of the highest quality (Freshware - another great brand, for those who are interested) . I disagree with the reviewer who called them the size of a "mini muffin". They measure just under 3 inches in diameter at the top, which is much larger than a mini cupcake pan which is around 1.5 inches in diameter. These Fat Daddio pans provide the perfect portion for a custom sized cake, and the silicone is good enough to use without a pan underneath (although I'm sure some people would be more comfortable with that) and makes beautiful pastries out. Just make sure you use a thicker batter (not fluffy cake mixes) as you'll want to keep the level of detail in the shapes.
