The concept of these shelves is great. The photos show a nice, clean and spacious place for your electronics. Unfortunately, once you start plugging in the cables, almost every device is pushed back from the front end. The cable management tabs are a little confusing and don't really offer any practical use. I ended up returning this item due to some issues that may be specific to my package, so keep that in mind as you read on. The package I received was shabby and the glass suffered the most as the black film on the bottom had rubbed off in several places. After pre-drilling the holes for mounting the support, the screws quickly came loose and I was only able to fix one of them when repacking the item (the other screw had to be drilled out). The clamping mechanism that holds the shelves in place was also ineffective, and after all the screws were tightened, the shelves continued to sway and not stay level. The seller quickly approved the return and issued a refund on the day of the return.
