Excellent collaboration tool that has helped improve efficiency
The ability of being able to reach out from one department into another without any interruption was great! I liked how easy it is for us as an organization with so many people spread across different departments (Sales & Marketing) - we can all see each other's activity simultaneously within our respective areas which makes communication much easier between teams who are not working directly together but still need information or resources at some point during their day-to-day activities.- This allows you more time spend doing what really matters instead looking after administrative tasks/paperwork etc., when there isn't anything urgent going forward anyway.
Pros
- Easy access in regards communicating among colleagues, even if they’re far apart geographically; this enables team members located around Australia / NZ easily communicate via e mail about relevant news items that may affect them personally too – very helpful tool indeed !!!!!! :) :)
- Simplistic reporting capabilities make keeping track simple:
