The platform was easy enough for anyone at our organization who had some previous knowledge of software like this (we used it all day every workday). I think more communication/training would be helpful; even if you have zero prior admin or configuration skills using iceberg can still go very well without tons hours put into training sessions! It's also very user friendly which makes things easier when trying to train people who haven't been around here before (or have never used anything different than what they've learned from school).
