Original message: The price was right, but it's obvious that 1080P looks very different in a cheap camera than it does in an expensive camera. The camera focus seemed to be fixed far behind the computer user (the person is slightly blurred, the background is sharp). The sound quality during operation was poor (a lot of static noise in the background). Also, I had major audio (microphone) compatibility issues on both Windows 10 PC and Mac OS. I couldn't use audio/mic consistently on any platform with this camera, and it even seemed to mess up the sound system on my Mac (future audio on a Mac with this camera was robotic while this webcam was on). use). I am returning this item and upgrading to $130 Logitech which I have tested on both platforms. it works much better than this. It may have been user error, but after hours of troubleshooting I gave up. Update: The seller contacted me to apologize for the inconvenience and wanted to make sure I was aware of their 12 month warranty and friendly customer service. They also offered me a $30 refund and asked me to remove the negative feedback. I will not remove a negative review as the product had some issues, but I appreciate your feedback.
