Works but requires modification
Works but installation requires modification due to grounding. The original fan has a 1/4" spade connector on the base plate, but the new unit doesn't, instead it has a ground wire that is screwed to the base and its position does not match the access hole on the fan cover. The solution is to use the Flat connector removed from the original fan to be drilled and installed in the same place, an additional patch is cut out and the flat connector mounted onto the ground wire.
