Review on Waterproof Hooded Trench Coat For Women: The BGSD Leah Mid-Length Coat by Monty Barganier

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Belt and wrist straps are too long.

I like most everything about this jacket except for the belt and the straps at the wrists. There is WAY too much of them. The belt is ridiculously long to have a buckle. It's fine if you want to tie it so why not just leave the buckle off. Same goes for the wrists. There are straps at the wrist - to tighten them maybe? Not sure but the straps are very long and there isn't a loop to hold it in place at the longest point so they just flap around. Not much of a seamstress but mayble I'll cut them shorter and sew the ends. I like the jacket well enough that I'll keep it but wouldn't have ordered it had I known this.

Pros
  • Made with high-quality materials
Cons
  • The coat may not be very easy to pack for travel
