Love this thing! I read many reviews of this type of product and found a wide range of prices. I'm so glad I went with this one and didn't pay over $15 like many of its competitors. I was nervous because of the reviews that it wouldn't be cold enough or stay cold long enough, but it works really great. I use this for my face, so when rolling you just have to be careful to rotate the piece a full 360 degrees. You have a narrow face, so when you move back and forth across your cheeks or forehead, you only expose a small part of the roller, causing it to heat up faster. Either way, I highly recommend it. My only wish is for the whole thing to be smaller - like I said since I only use this for my face it would be nice if I could get around my nose and eyes easier with a smaller roller. If you're using this elsewhere for sore muscles, it's fine.
