A lot of people have been reviewing the Body Shop body butters on here recently to say they're fake because the formula is different from what they're used to. These are *NOT* fake. The Body Shop has CHANGED their body butter formula recently. You can read about it on their site in the body butter section.That being said, yes, this formula is definitely not as easily spreadable. It is something you need to warm in your hands a bit before spreading. A lot of more natural, heavy moisturizers are like this. Natural shea moisturizers made mainly of 100% shea butter are *exactly* like this. It's very moisturizing and non-greasy. The only big problem I had is that I was expecting the Argan scent to smell like their Argan soap bars, but it really doesn't. It smells more like a slightly sweeter, natural shea scent. Still works for me, but a bit bummed as their Argan soap is my most favorite scent in their shop. However, I do like a natural shea scent, so not a real loss.The 6oz size also lasts a pretty long time. Quality product.
