Very nice headset from SENA. This twin pack is just what you need when you're looking for a rider-passenger or bike-to-bike connection. Comes in a nice box with everything you need for installation. I installed our kit in two 3/4 helmets with protective mask. With the microphone behind the face shield, there is virtually no wind noise. We are positively surprised by the sound quality. An installation guide is available online (a quick installation guide is included in the package). I found it easier to watch someone else's YouTube video of the installation. I recommend you to follow the installation order instructions (e.g. place the control module on the side of the helmet first). The controls might seem a bit intimidating on first reading, but once on the bike we found them very functional and easy to use. It is very easy to sync with each other and iPhone too. We've only had them recently, but we can't imagine a trip without them. Our yes moment. I wanted to charge the controller before installing it. I plugged it in and let it charge but it never showed a charge. I found out that when you charge it you need to have a battery (duh) connected to it. Good luck, happy and safe driving.
