We bought this to ride in our van before we had a Yukon with a built in video system. That comes closest to the built-in. I love it, the only thing that bothers me is the cables, but it's really not that bad, just needs to be tucked away or taped over. I will update my review in 6-12 months to confirm they are still working great as they should be long lasting. The update is less than a year old and the secondary video screen has stopped working. I'm not very happy. I will contact the company to see if they have a guarantee. I can't remember when I received if they have a 1 year guarantee. But if you spend money, these things should work.
