Poor quality for massagers

So I'm a truck driver and I see it on Revane and on TV. So I decided to order and try. So I've only had this product for a couple of weeks and used it a total of 3 times when this happened. I'm only 5'7 and 190lb. So it's like I'm a huge guy. That sucks. It might hurt my back.
