I spoke to an IT rep who explained that if your monitor shows an out of range input signal error, that indicates your monitor is not receiving a signal. This can be due to a hardware issue where your monitor or graphics card is faulty. If the monitor is defective, it must be replaced. I just bought it and should I replace it? I even went out and bought a new HDMI cable thinking it was the problem. When the monitor was working, there was a clear picture. Too bad we'll have to buy another one soon.
