Comfortable, but adjustable closure is odd
I got these for a trip to the beach where i knew we'd be doing outdoor adventures. The fact that they were closed toe was important to me. Agree they do run large, I followed the advice of others and picked a size 8 which is on the lower end of the shoe size I wear. And they were still a bit roomy. I didn't wear them all day hiking, but they were comfortable enough for horseback riding on the beach and casual strolling. The drawstring and hook "tie" for these shoes is really odd. But once I figured it out and adjusted it, it was fine. Not sure how they will stand up over time since I've only had them a couple of weeks.
- With a lightweight and compact design, these sandals are easy to pack and can be stored in your backpack for spontaneous hikes
- The sandals are not suitable for users with a propensity for ankle sprains
