I really enjoyed purchasing this roll and baking mat. I was able to lift and turn the dough, it didn't stick to the mat at all, I didn't have to add flour with each turn. The shapes on the mat have also helped me make amazing hearts and other types of chocolate for cakes and pastries. I look forward to making more batter, cakes and shortcakes with this set. The mat was easy to clean and did not tear or become damaged. It was a great purchase and a great deal when I stumbled upon it. Thanks for a great product.
