I use my computer and phone a lot for work, but I've never worn blue light glasses. The glasses are great - nothing special but the frame is comfortable to wear for long periods of time. I love that they are boxed so you can change the look. This set also comes with three cases for each pair of glasses, which is ideal for tossing in your purse or work bag. Having never used blue light glasses before, I wasn't sure how they worked. The glasses came with a test device to show you how the glasses block blue light. Pretty cool! I can definitely recommend these glasses. The price is affordable and the product looks great on the Zoom meeting screen!
