As mentioned by others using this for pfsense, this is also the perfect combination of hardware to run OpnSense. I don't use Wi-Fi because I use a regular Wi-Fi router in hotspot mode connected to it for my home's mesh Wi-Fi network, but everything else is handled by this box, including full firewall , IDS/IPS and even a DNS black hole for bad domains. Average CPU utilization is below 20% most of the time and temperatures average around 44-46 C - great for a fanless system. The built-in memory is sufficient for these needs, and the storage space is actually quite good: only 9% of the 64 MB version is used. I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to go down this route to secure their home network.
