Love this palette! Well worth getting compared to one of those expensive and cheap Halloween shop sets. It looks like a real pro palette and has great colors that are very pigmented! I recommend this to any beginner or expert! They are oil based, which helps lighten the color and allow for blending and fading, but this caused my skin to sting a bit, so be sure to cleanse before bed and wash your face. Being oil based they also don't dry out completely and you can't draw much detail as they smear a lot, but I think it's worth it. For a more detailed look you will need acrylic paint to dry.
