These are your all-purpose gloves. Extremely strong and durable without being too thick. I use these gloves for coloring my hair, stroking cold hamburger meat, handling chemicals, painting/sanding and any other job that requires skin protection on my hands. I recently started wearing these gloves under my yellow leather work gloves to keep my hands from turning yellow when the work gloves get wet. When my hands look or feel very dry and tight; I will apply a little lotion before putting on these disposable gloves to provide a little maintenance and 2N1 protection. I use many different lotions and so far none of them have had a negative impact on the strength or durability of these gloves. I ordered a small size. It's snug but not too tight. I measure around the palm, between the thumb and forefinger and below the knuckles; My hand is 8 inches. Measurement from the tip of the middle finger to the wrist; measures 7 1/4 inches. I think black gives a more professional look when working with an audience and gloves are essential to keep you and others safe from germs. Just my preference. Last but not least...
