I am very glad I decided to try this brand. These devices are compact, so I decided to buy them. I just wanted both machines (coffee maker and espresso maker) to be about 16 inches tall and the chef made it happen! Advantages of the device 1. Easy to clean2. Espresso, frothed milk, cappuccino, latte options so you can play with flavor3. You can use the milk frother without making espresso, latte or cappuccino, which is good for hot chocolate, for example4. The roof of the car is getting hot! You can put espresso glasses etc.5 on it. It contains enough water so you don't have to refill it often. Cons 1. The portafilter is cheap but versatile in my opinion, making it easy to swap out if needed.2. It's loud 3. Forward Control - another customer pointed out that turning the machine off while the portafilter is loading helps prevent the machine from starting accidentally - agree this is a must! 4. If you have a large cup, you will need to remove the drip tray to access the cup after brewing. I also remove the portafilter and lift the milk frother all the way up. After all this everything will become clear. I use a double 12.5 ounce glass mug. Its height is 4.2 inches. It's perfect for a double latte with extra foam!
