Not worth the investment

After trying this product, I can confidently say that it is not worth the investment.While it claims to be a universal replacement, it did not fit our automotive forklift. The instructions were unclear and the overall quality was lacking. The only positive is that the customer service was helpful in processing our return. Overall, I would not recommend this product to anyone in the market for heavy duty and commercial vehicle parts..
