The best thing about this product is that it has everything you need to run your business smoothly from one place! It's simple enough so even if I'm not tech savvy myself, my employees can use it with ease. There are some other products out there like HubSpot which have more bells & whistles but in terms of what we needed at our organization - they're pretty much identical (at least as far as functionality). If anything, I would say that sometimes when using certain features or going through tutorials, I feel overwhelmed by how many options/features exist within each feature category (e.g., analytics vs campaign management etc.). This isn't necessarily bad per se- just be prepared for learning curve. We've been able to streamline processes across multiple departments while also having an easier time tracking data internally without needing additional software.
