I've seen Live Bearded products on the market for the past few months, but wasn't sure about beard oil. After trying different companies, their oil and balm, I never found anyone with oil. As a beard newbie (I decided to grow a man's mane when I was in my early 50s), I decided to try this product and see how the oil compares to the balm. I was happy to make the purchase. An oil is slightly thicker than a balm and not as dry as a wax. I've been using it all week to test the product on my gray beard and for now I think the old gray hairs are softer and a bit more manageable. - The smell is different, but not bad. I have noticed that when I rub the oil in my hands for the first time and apply it to my beard, it has a different smell (stronger) than after an hour (pleasant). You get a lot for your money and the BEST thing is the company. Representatives will contact you throughout the process and invite you to become part of the Bearded Brotherhood. This is a real event. You gave me great hope. - I can't say enough good things and my beard looks really cute, thanks.
