Defective on delivery for computer accessories and peripherals

As others have said, I turn everything on. something moves but doesn't rotate. I can get it to work if I start it manually, but that means I have to take the front off, put my hand on the fan that's on, and fiddle with it. Don't buy this. Your QC team is useless.
