The package arrived quickly but in a strange box with no padding. I knew there was nothing special about saying the keyboard and mouse were on. He took the box of disinfectant spray outside and opened it. The wired mouse is broken. The loose part wobbles inside. The keyboard is cheap and the keys are sticky, but good as a backup. I already had a wireless mouse and board so it was just extra junk. Now a Lenovo PC. I had on latex gloves to see how dirty it was. It got dirty, cleaned, the whole department disinfected. As a techie, I had to make sure this was what I was actually buying. The image is not very accurate, the placement of ports and components on the back differs slightly from the images. Make sure you have a display port cable or a display to HDMI cable. It's better than VGA. Opened the bowl to see if it was clean. definitely not clean and not even as "updated". Dusty, like standing in the dirtiest part of the camp. I used my Dyson vacuum to vacuum up the dust. I disassembled the device for deep cleaning with alcohol and checked the processor. The fan was dusty, I cleaned the blades and case, removed the heatsink and found that the thermal paste was almost gone. Big there is no problem, just wait for overheating. The processor looked ok and was i5 quad vpro. Cleaned the motherboard, added mx-5 premium thermal paste and reassembled the computer. After thorough cleaning, the device worked perfectly and quietly. Not overheating due to my TLC. When you say "Updated," make sure it looks NEW! Not dusty and dirty unsanitary product. All that's added is a new cheap SSD drive. And it was the ONLY CLEAN INSIDE! Windows 10pro runs smoothly, apps and smoothly. Not the most powerful computer, but with good cleaning and handling a solid and reliable machine. I recommend installing a reliable antivirus program first. Overall I'm happy with my purchase because I made it look like it needed renewed, clean and working great. I wish people would show more passion and commitment and be clean as we are now making sure to keep pathogens out. Didn't get a Bluetooth adapter.
