Review on Monitor Organizer Computer STT001B WALI by Manuel Brown

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Sturdy and practical when you get the blocks assembled with the box with no problems

Ordered 2 sets of two blocks in silver and had to return the second set because I put the top shelf on the supports I was you can see that the whole shelf has tilted backwards! Of course I didn't put any screws in and sent this set back. On the other hand, I was probably lucky, and during assembly it turned out that the top shelf on both modules was even and level, but I hasten to add that the support on one side of one of the modules still sticks out a little and sits not smooth. on my table. It landed flat and stable under the weight of my 22" monitor, so I leave it on. Why can't this stand be made as a single welded block to avoid all the minor/major warping complaints noted in the reviews? However, if you don't see any warp issues, this is the best design for those who want to place monitors on the top shelf and laptops on the bottom shelf, with incredibly easy access to cables and ports and the ability to slide a laptop in. and leave if necessary. In addition, your mouse can stand on the top shelf and the (mini) keyboard can be hidden underneath when not in use. The shelves don't get hot at all while the laptop stays really cool. The silver finish isn't that different from the finish you see on (some) laptops, although I wasn't trying to customize anything, just avoiding black stands when everything else on my desk is black! A final word of caution: if you don't want your laptop/monitor to sit at a fixed 6-inch height, these devices aren't for you.
