We bought two boards and one lost air after the first use. We blew it up two more times and it deflated within 24 hours. We contacted the Uboway customer service and they told me that ebay would not help me and that I would need to blow it up again and take it to the lake and send a video in. Needless to say, spending $425 on a board we were very disappointed And their customer service is trying to make it as difficult as possible to make a return. We have still not resolved this as it’s not ever day we get to the lake, blow up the board, take a video and find exactly where it’s leaking air. They also made a comment in writing to me that it was common for it to be a valve issue. Frustrated!
