This looks like a cotton material and the cut out straps are much wider than it actually is. Don't be fooled. I wore the dress and it didn't look that bad so that's why I gave it a 3. The material is like trash bag material so be careful.

- It’s a plastic dress. The fabric is cheap and might melt in the dryer. Can’t be ironed.
