Amazing product. It's so easy to adjust and ensures a comfortable fit on your head. Also, it takes all the weight off your face and balances it at the back of your head. The dial on the back allows me to turn it on and off without touching the lenses on my forehead/face and without smudging the lenses. I tried another band from Amazon that had a hard plastic construction and just didn't fit my head shape. If they seem too flat for you, this strap might be for you. It is of good quality, the seams are stitched and taped, the material is soft to the touch and quite thick. I hope this was helpful to you.
