Review on Birkenstock Gizeh Disco Microfibre Boys' Shoes and Sandals - Size 2.5 by Kenny Marozas

I really doubt the authenticity of the shoes I received in the mail. Now I only have one pair of Birkenstocks that I bought directly from Nordstroms (Arizona Sports), but these shoes seem very cheap. The first thing I noticed was the scratchy inner sole. The fibers didn't settle at all and after a day of wear they were rough on the balls of my feet. Another thing I noticed is the adhesive that is visible on the inside of the upper (see image). Additionally, the lower part of the upper is made of a very synthetic material and I simply had NONE of these issues with the shoes I bought directly from Nordstrom. I'm a little upset that I paid about $115 for these shows, which may or may not be authentic. That being said the shoes are very comfortable except for the insole so I have no plans to return them. I'll probably just go to Nordstrom for future birch purchases.
