This is a VERY thin epoxy. I have a glass making business and have used several other brands and tried these on the recommendation of someone who makes epoxy products but not glasses. What I like about it is that it's virtually odorless and that it's really transparent. Also, there are few bubbles and I mix quickly. What I don't like is that after trying many different thicknesses it just doesn't cover well. I ended up with weird waves and empty spots which made me have to work a lot harder. I've tried a less hot room, a hotter room, etc. and got the same results. I would not buy it again for this purpose. If I make moldings or coasters then yes. But that's not what I do.
