Works best in video converters
I have a newer TV and a Roku device. I wanted to connect my old Denon receiver with cinch sockets. not HDMI like TV and Roku. This item works great. Roku HDMI to this device "inputs" and then outputs HDMI on the device to the TV. Then connect the RCA output connectors on this device to the input of the receiver. works perfectly !
