I haven't had the great luck of finding a dress that I feel comfortable in for my children's party, but this dress was the winner. It's light but not see-through. You'll still want to wear nude lingerie (light pink) with it, but it's beautiful! I'm tall, it's long enough and feels roomy but doesn't feel like a pouch which is a problem with other maternity dresses. I think it will be cute with gold jewelry and wedges. I would say the quality is about the same as Francescas if you are familiar with this business. It's priced about what I expect to find there.
