I only got this two days ago so have only used it twice but love it! I used to carry my phone in my hand, but now I have a safe and convenient place to keep it. I also use it for extras like napkins and a small candy bar. The flashlight was too bulky for him and slipped out of the side strap/holder. But I have a flashlight holder on my belt and can carry a flashlight in it. I think a smaller or flatter flashlight would easily fit. I run ten miles every morning so comfort is my number one priority. I hardly know I'm wearing it! I highly recommend it!
