If you're interested in DIY audio and need to add a DAC component to your project, this is for you. Excellent resolution and data type compatibility. I can't recommend it any higher! Can't beat this price (bought for $99) or 5 times more. Note: The board allows you to adjust the input volume. So if you are using PC or iOS hardware, you can use the input device to adjust the volume. This was something I didn't know about beforehand and I had a very low volume as standard practice, which gave a very low output until I turned up the volume on the input device.
